We Find Strength in Our Community

瑞吉斯大学 does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, 国家的起源, 性, 性别, 残疾, 年龄, 宗教, 资深地位, 婚姻状况, 怀孕, 父母的地位, 性别认同, 性取向, genetic information or any other legally protected status ["protected class"] in any of its policies, 项目, admissions or activities and provides equal access to education.

向行政主任汇报 & 第九条协调员

Reports can be made by mail, email, orally or in writing, to the EO & 第九条协调员 or a 副EO & 第九条协调员. 副EO & 第九条协调员s submit the report to the EO & 第九条协调员. Written reports should include as much detail as is possible. 一个光电 & 第九条协调员, a responsible employee, or a confidential resource can also assist a complainant or reporting party with facilitating a report. The University encour年龄s reports to be made in good faith, even if incomplete or erroneous, but will not tolerate intentional or malicious false reporting of incidents.

After receiving a report, the EO & 第九条协调员 or designee may request additional information. Prompt filing of a complaint is strongly encour年龄d. A complaint that is made more than 120 days after the alleged incident may make fact finding difficult or impossible and the University may elect to not investigate in its sole discretion. A complaint may be withdrawn at any time after it is filed. 然而, withdrawal of a complaint does not necessarily result in the termination of the University's inquiry or investigation.
